Most of the time these are composed according to the customer's needs.
Pressurised system TYPE A room free from dust, for painting only.
Pressurised system TYPE B room free from dust, for painting and painted product storage
for paint drying.

Machine basic configuration:
Complete pressurised painting system TYPE A:
It is combined by a painting booth and a pressurised room.
Water painting booth or dry painting booth.

• Painting booth; Description as per independent painting booths.
• Pressurised room; to be connected to the painting booth.

Room composed by the following basic components:

• Side walls, ceiling and doors made of insulating panels painted with approved colour paint.
• Access sliding doors, emergency door, double glass windows anti crush.
• Illumination lights holder distributed accordingly.
• Pressurising structure made of Aluminium insulated panels, including electrical motor, double air fan belts driven, air flow adjustable shutters and air pre-filters.
• Plenum air filters, positioned to the room ceiling, structure for pressurisation air infeed.
• Electrical control panel with low tension.
• Option; predisposition for the room heating, by hot water circulation, or hot air blowing.

For room TYPE B to the above to be added the paint fumes air aspirator/s
Room with two air sections, painting area, drying area.
Note: Room type B minimum length mm. 7.000.


Operations:
The operator will place in front of the painting booth the piece which has to be painted,
then manually, he will spray paint, facing the front wall of the booth.
Some of the paint will finish on the piece, some of the paint will be free in the air.
The paint which is free in the air, will be pulled by the booth through the air filtering systems.

• In case of room system TYPE A after a certain time the operator must leave the room due to the paint smell caused by the paint drying on the painted pieces.
• In case of room system TYPE B the operator will position the painted pieces to the back of the room, therefore, in this case, the operator will be able to paint spraying continuously without smelling any paint fumes/gases.
