Water separating systems
Water separating system for painting booths for paint or similar products, which become a mixture of water and mud.Product made in three versions:
Azzurra SF 1 for single treatment of lt. 1.000
Machine basic configuration:
Machine structure made in treated steel then painted, access stairs with safety protection to the high part of the machine, n. 2 water tanks in suitable plastic material. Water capacity of the machine lt.1.000 water valves, filter bag connection, water valve for water max. level.
Air pressure unit for the air control (air pressure require during the treatment 2bar.)
Water pump. Electrical installation & control panel IP55

Azzurra SF 2 para tratamiento doble de 1.800 litros + 1.800 litros = 3.600 litros

Treatment indication:
Water with the solid (paint mud) from the water tank of the painting booth, will be pumped into the water reacting tank.
Two chemical solutions are needed for the treatment, after the treatment, the clear water will return into the painting booth water tank.
Products to be used for the water treatment:
- One product for the paint particles separation and dropping from the water.
- The second product for the restoring of the water pH value.
